Full Moon Meditations
This is a guided meditation series focusing on the cycles of the seasons, emotions, the physical, internal/external ork, yourself,etc), nature, food, etc. They are personal to you, and only you. Feel free to attend all 12 (1 each month) or just come when you can.

Join me for a 42 day workshop into the world of Gratitude. Recreate patterns within the self through daily connecting with the promise, essence, and message of Gratitude in a conscious, natural, and effortless way!
This workshop moves beyond a daily journal. It is an experiential, hands on workshop combining discussion, meditation, and daily exercises (via internet), to help solidify transformation, repatterning, and the power of intention into your Body, Mind, and Spirit. Learn to use your inner reflections to serve yourself and create now with Gratitude.
Act upon inspiration and intuition. Make it your intention to change something in your lifestyle... It's very simple.
Why 42 days? Well, it takes 21 days to create a habit, and 42 will reassure that the divine pattern is repeated over and over again, changing your vibration fully, and really becoming integrated deep down inside.
How? A workshop that meets once a week for
1 1/2 hours three times, and daily emails of Gratitude to keep you in the Now and connected to yourself, the community, and the world.
Cost: $$180 by prepay date/ $220 after prepay date
Monthly Meditation
Perfect for beginners and "seasoned" practitioners alike.
Explore different types of meditation, focus on the breath, and be with a group of like-minded people.
