Bookings and Cancellation policy
At Life Balance Bodywork, credit cards and gift certificate numbers are required to to secure all bookings, and 24 hours is required to change or cancel an appointment. Fewer than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% service fee for the treatment booked. This fee will be charged to your credit card or gift certificate.
Arrival Times
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Depending on your treatment for the day, you may need to fill out a consultation form. Late arrival times will be subject to reduced treatment times.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are a great idea for that special someone. All certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase and are not transferable for other guests or refundable for cash, check, or cc. Gift Certificate numbers must be given at time of booking and the cancellation policy will be enforced for late cancellations and no shows.

Travel for Tantsu and Cranialsacral Therapy are available for an additional flat service rate fee of $75 on top of the regular 11/2hr rate. Each additional 1/2 hour is $50.(Cost will include parking if space is not available on the street.)
If you have your own massage table, travel is also available at an additional cost. ($175 per hour and a half plus parking; each additional 1/2 hour at $50) Travel includes a 15 mile radius from my office space.
